Refunds & Returns Policy

Easy step to return product:

You can return online purchases by mailing it back to us. Please follow the step-by-step instructions below.

Step-1: Let us know your order number and reason for return via the Contact us
              or Call us or leave voice message at (+1) 647-341-2765 (24 Hours)

Step-2: You will receive refund instruction by email from us.
Step-3: Bring your item(s) with original package to our store.
Step-4: The item(s), it will be checked. If the item(s) has meet the condition of product return policy, you will get fully refund within 15 days after the day you return the item(s).

Product return policy:

You may return any of the following items to, for any reason, for a full refund (Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs) within 15 days after you received your product(s):

  • Any unopened
  • Unworn jewelry, watches, shoes, clothing and accessories.
  • Unmodified electronic product, smart watch that is determined to be a manufacturer error or failure due to defective materials.

Please note that we cannot accept the return of opened items, some health and personal care items, or items returned more than 15 days past delivery.

Using our Return Mailing Label

The return address/mailing labels obtained from the are valid only for returns shipped within Canada and USA.

Each return mailing label is coded for a specific shipment. Please do not include items from other orders, or other shipments from the same order, in the same box, or you will not receive the correct refund. Each shipment must be returned using a separate address/mailing label.

If you use this mailing label and the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we’ll pay the return shipping costs.

If you use this mailing label and your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of that returned item will be deducted from your refund. The amount deducted will be the equivalent to our standard shipping costs for that item.

Replacement of Damaged of Defective Items

If you received a defective item that is sold by and need to replace it with the same item, Contact us to request a replacement. Items that are fulfilled by can’t be replaced but may be returned.

Returning a Gift

Gift returns are confidential. we allow gift recipients and gift givers to return items fulfilled by, even if the order wasn’t marked as a gift when it was purchased.

  • Gift recipient
    If you want to return an item that was given to you as a gift you will first need to ask the person who purchased the gift for you for the order number and send us via Contact us and follow Easy step to return product. Once we received your return gift that are unopened, unworn, unmodified, we’ll send a Gift Card in the amount of the returned item(s) to the e-mail address you enter on Contact us.
  • Gift giver
    If you’re the gift giver, you’ll receive a refund to the original payment method. You’ll need the order number to complete the returns process; this can be found on order confirmation e-mail or the packing slip. If you don’t have an order number, please Contact us.
